About the Role

Deliver lectures and practical sessions for fashion and textile diploma programs, mentor students, and contribute to curriculum development at Brandix's Ratmalana learning centre.

Responsibilities

• Deliver lectures and practical sessions for fashion and textile diploma programs
• Provide mentorship and performance feedback to students
• Manage academic operations including student selection, scheduling, and exams
• Contribute to curriculum development aligned with industry trends
• Support career guidance and industry exposure activities

Requirements

• Degree or Diploma in Textile/Apparel, Apparel Production, or Industrial Engineering
• 1-4 years production or IE experience
• Prior teaching experience preferred
