Responsibilities
- Drive brand performance and profitability with volume and market share ownership
- Develop and execute brand strategy and marketing plans
- Manage innovation pipeline and new product development
- Execute integrated marketing campaigns (ATL, BTL, digital)
- Analyse brand performance metrics and competitive landscape
- Manage agency partners and marketing budget
- Mentor junior team members
Requirements
- Bachelor's in Marketing or related field
- 4-6 years brand management experience preferably in FMCG
- End-to-end brand ownership and campaign delivery experience
- Consumer insights and market research proficiency
- Cross-functional stakeholder management skills
