• Drive business solutions and translate requirements into technical outcomes
• Conduct stakeholder interviews and workshops
• Create BRDs, user stories, and process flow diagrams
• Facilitate Agile ceremonies
• Liaise between technical teams and business stakeholders

Requirements

• 1+ years of business analysis experience
• Strong written and verbal communication
• Proficiency with Agile frameworks
• Familiarity with JIRA, Figma, Draw.io
• International client experience preferred
