About the Role

Experienced pastry and bakery chef required for LAUGFS Supermarkets outlets in Kesbewa and Kurunagala, managing pastry and bakery production on shift basis.

Responsibilities

Manage pastry and bakery production operations
Maintain food quality and hygiene standards
Work shift schedules including night shifts
Oversee production line for pastry and baked goods

Requirements

NVQ Level 3 or Level 4 certification
Minimum 5 years experience in pastry and bakery
Higher Diploma minimum education
Ability to work 12-hour shifts including overtime and nights
Age 18-50
