About the Role

Micro Constructions is hiring Quantity Surveyors with BTEC/HNDE qualifications and 2–3 years construction experience, knowledgeable in SMM, ESR preparation, and subcontractor billing.

Responsibilities

Prepare BOQs and cost estimates
Monitor project costs and subcontractor billing
Handle measurements, valuations, and ESR preparation
Coordinate with site engineers and consultants

Requirements

BTEC/HNDE (Q.S.) or equivalent with 2–3 years experience, OR NCT with 3–5 years construction experience
Knowledge of SMM, ESR preparation, and subcontractor billing
