About the Role

Lyceum Global Holdings seeks a skilled Garment Pattern Design & Technical Executive to create garment patterns, coordinate with sample and production teams, and ensure accurate fitting in Kurunegala.

Responsibilities

Create and develop garment patterns based on design specifications
Interpret technical sketches and design sheets
Coordinate with sample and production teams
Ensure accurate fitting and size grading
Support sample development and pre-production
Identify and resolve pattern and fit issues
Maintain technical documentation

Requirements

Pattern making and technical coordination experience
CAD pattern systems knowledge advantageous
Understanding of garment construction and fitting
Textile/Apparel Technology qualifications preferred
3 years experience required
