About the Role

Lyceum Global Holdings is hiring an HR Executive for Recruitment Operations to manage end-to-end recruitment, HR compliance, and manpower coordination at their Anuradhapura operations.

Responsibilities

• End-to-end recruitment including sourcing, screening, interviewing, and onboarding
• Coordination with clients and internal teams for manpower needs
• HR operations support including attendance, documentation, and compliance
• Maintaining recruitment trackers and reports
• Liaison between head office and site operations

Requirements

• Degree or diploma in HR, Business Administration, or related field
• 2–4 years professional experience in HR/recruitment
• Strong communication and coordination abilities
• Proficiency with MS Office and job portals
