QA Engineer (Manual & Automation Testing)

About the Role

Design and execute test cases for cloud-based enterprise software solutions including CRM and ERP systems, open to recent graduates.

Responsibilities

• Design, implement, execute, and maintain test cases
• Conduct functional, regression, API, smoke, and UAT testing
• Create and maintain automated test scripts
• Participate in requirement clarification meetings
• Database querying and validation using SQL

Requirements

• IT/Computer Science degree or related qualification
• CRM, ERP, or accounting software experience preferred
• Strong written and verbal communication abilities
• SQL knowledge for data validation
• Self-directed work style
