About the Role
Drive brand objectives and marketing strategies for Unilever Sri Lanka's FMCG portfolio. Manage advertising strategies, media plans and innovation deployment while coordinating with cross-functional teams and external agencies.
Responsibilities
- Drive brand objectives and forecasts for volume, value, and margin
- Develop advertising strategies using Unilever systems
- Manage media plans and innovation deployment
- Train and develop team members
- Coordinate with cross-functional teams and external agencies
- Propose pricing changes and activation plans
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Business Management or Marketing
- Minimum 3-4 years of experience in Brand Management or Marketing
- FMCG experience is advantageous
- Strategic thinking and self-confidence
- Strong interpersonal and relationship management skills
