Senior Merchandiser

About the Role

Lead buyer account management end-to-end, from order confirmation through shipment, supervising merchandising teams and coordinating production timelines at Sri Lanka's top menswear brand.

Responsibilities

• Independently manage buyer accounts end-to-end
• Supervise Assistant Merchandisers and coordinate activities
• Develop and maintain Time & Action plans
• Monitor fabric and trim development and approvals
• Handle costing and price negotiations
• Maintain technical documentation and compliance

Requirements

• Diploma or Degree in Merchandising, Apparel Management, or related field
• Minimum 3-5 years apparel industry experience
• Knowledge of garment production and sourcing
• Excellent English communication and negotiation abilities
• Expertise in fabric types, printing, embroidery, and finishing
