About the Role
Handle inbound customer calls, provide product and service information, and resolve queries for Hayleys Fentons Limited in Colombo 1, open to school leavers with Sinhala and English fluency.
Responsibilities
- Respond to incoming customer calls in a timely and professional manner
- Provide accurate product and service information to customers
- Identify and resolve customer issues effectively
- Escalate complex cases to supervisors as needed
- Maintain records of customer interactions and transactions
Requirements
- Minimum Ordinary Level education
- Fluency in Sinhala and English (Tamil is advantageous)
- Basic computer literacy and MS Office Suite knowledge
- Ability to work weekends and roster shifts
- School leavers and fresh candidates encouraged to apply
