About the Role
Provide cost management, tendering, and contract administration services for K.D.A.W Weerasinghe & Co's construction projects.
Responsibilities
- Prepare Bills of Quantities and cost estimates
- Manage tendering and procurement processes
- Monitor project costs and produce financial reports
- Administer contracts and handle variations
Requirements
- Degree or HND in Quantity Surveying
- 2-4 years experience in construction quantity surveying
- IQSSL membership is an advantage
- Strong numerical and analytical skills
