Responsibilities
- Supervise daily construction activities
- Ensure compliance with drawings and specifications
- Monitor quality of workmanship and materials
- Coordinate subcontractors and labour
- Maintain site safety standards
Requirements
- Diploma or Degree in Civil Engineering or Construction
- 2+ years site supervision experience
- Knowledge of construction materials and methods
- Strong leadership skills
