About the Role

Lead industrial engineering initiatives to optimize production processes and efficiency at Hirdaramani's Kahathuduwa manufacturing facility.

Responsibilities

• Drive IE initiatives to improve efficiency and productivity
• Conduct time and motion studies
• Implement lean manufacturing principles
• Analyze production data and recommend improvements
• Train and develop IE team members

Requirements

• Degree in Industrial Engineering, Textile Engineering, or Operations Management
• 3-5 years experience in industrial engineering in apparel
• Knowledge of GSD, MOST, or similar IE methodology
• Strong analytical and leadership skills
