Responsibilities

- Ensure legal compliance in all HR activities
Requirements
- Degree in HRM with PQHRM or equivalent professional qualification
- 5+ years HR management experience, retail experience preferred
- Strong knowledge of Sri Lanka labour law
- Excellent leadership and communication skills
