About the Role
Assist the HR Manager in managing HR operations across Nawaloka Hospitals, including talent management, payroll, and compliance.
Responsibilities
- Assist in managing HR policies and procedures
- Coordinate recruitment for clinical and non-clinical staff
- Support payroll processing and leave management
- Handle employee relations issues
- Assist in HR reporting and analytics
Requirements
- Degree in HRM with PQHRM, IPM membership preferred
- 3-4 years HR experience, healthcare sector an advantage
- Knowledge of HRIS systems
- Good analytical and communication skills
