About the Role
Support HR business partnering and operational HR activities across Richard Pieris & Company's diverse business units.
Responsibilities
- Partner with business units on HR matters
- Manage end-to-end recruitment processes
- Support performance management cycles
- Coordinate employee engagement activities
- Maintain HR data and generate reports
Requirements
- Degree in HRM or Business Administration, PQHRM preferred
- 2-3 years HR experience in a large organization
- Good knowledge of Sri Lanka employment law
- Strong stakeholder management skills
