About the Role

Jetwing Hotels is looking for a Restaurant & Bar Manager for Jetwing Beach to lead food and beverage operations, manage the restaurant and bar team, and deliver exceptional dining experiences.

Responsibilities

• Lead restaurant and bar operations
• Manage and train F&B team members
• Ensure high standards of food quality and service
• Handle inventory and cost control
• Develop and maintain guest relationships
• Coordinate with kitchen and front office teams

Requirements

• Experience in food and beverage management
• Proven leadership in restaurant or hotel F&B setting
• Strong guest relations skills
• Knowledge of inventory and cost management
