About the Role

Lead industrial engineering, efficiency optimisation, and production planning at Brandix's Rideegama manufacturing facility.

Responsibilities

Support pre-production activities and meet targeted production start dates
Achieve planned efficiency and productivity targets for assigned sections
Perform accurate calculations including SAH and efficiency metrics for each style
Provide guidance and training to Industrial Engineering Officers

Requirements

Bachelor's degree or Diploma in Industrial Engineering or Clothing Technology
GSD system license or equivalent experience
3 to 5+ years of experience in Industrial Engineering
Hanger Line and UPS management experience preferred
