About the Role

Lead a team of insurance agents in Kurunegala, driving life insurance sales and expanding AIA's presence in the North Western Province.

Responsibilities

• Recruit, train, and manage a team of insurance agents
• Achieve team sales targets and grow portfolio
• Develop strategies to expand the client base
• Conduct field activities and client meetings
• Provide coaching and performance management to agents

Requirements

• Degree in Business, Marketing, or related field
• Minimum 3 years experience in insurance sales or management
• Strong leadership and motivational skills
• Knowledge of life insurance products
