About the Role
Assist the pastry team in preparation and production of desserts and baked goods at Family Chef Restaurant in Gampaha.
Responsibilities
- Prepare pastry and bakery products under supervision
- Follow standardized recipes and portioning
- Maintain kitchen cleanliness and hygiene
- Assist in setting up pastry station
- Support senior pastry chef
Requirements
- Culinary training in pastry arts preferred
- Passion for baking and pastry
- Ability to work in a team environment
