About the Role
L1/L2 technical support for internet, VoIP, and Hosted PBX services; troubleshooting customer issues and coordinating with carriers and internal teams. Remote role during Australian business hours.
Responsibilities
- Troubleshoot customer network and phone system issues
- Support internet and VoIP services
- Coordinate with carriers and internal teams to resolve faults
- Maintain communication during Australian business hours
Requirements
- Previous Network or VoIP support experience
- Strong written and verbal English communication
- Self-motivated and available for Australian business hours (8:00 AM Brisbane time)
