Responsibilities
- Supervise daily production operations and shift teams
- Monitor quality standards and implement corrective actions
- Drive lean manufacturing and efficiency improvements
- Coordinate with engineering and maintenance teams
- Prepare shift performance reports
Requirements
- Degree or HND in Mechanical or Production Engineering
- 3+ years supervisory experience in precision or stamping manufacturing
- Knowledge of ISO quality management systems
- Strong problem-solving and leadership abilities
