About the Role

Lead garment technology functions including fit approvals, tech pack development, and quality standards for an export-oriented apparel manufacturer in Katunayaka.

Responsibilities

• Develop and review technical packs and garment specifications
• Conduct fit approvals and sample evaluations
• Set and maintain quality standards for production
• Liaise with buyers on technical requirements
• Train and support garment technician team

Requirements

• Degree or HND in Garment Technology or Fashion Design
• 5+ years experience as a garment technologist
• Strong knowledge of fabric properties and construction methods
• Experience working with international buyers
