About the Role

Structured culinary training programme at Cargills Ceylon, developing kitchen skills across multiple locations including Colombo, Gampaha, Anuradhapura, Matara, and Matale.

Responsibilities

• Learn and practise kitchen preparation techniques under supervision
• Assist in food production across all areas of the kitchen
• Maintain cleanliness and food safety standards
• Follow recipes and portion guidelines
• Rotate through kitchen sections as part of the training programme

Requirements

• O/L or A/L completion
• Interest in a culinary career
• Willingness to work shifts including weekends
• Ability to work across multiple locations if required
