About the Role
Support corporate governance and regulatory compliance at SDB Bank by managing board meetings, shareholder communications, and statutory filings.
Responsibilities
- Coordinate Board and Sub-Committee meetings and prepare Board papers and minutes
- Manage shareholder communications and share ledger functions
- Oversee E-Secretary system operations and backups
- Verify legal documents and maintain Company Seal records
- Assist with AGM arrangements and Annual Report distribution
- Provide support for the BoardPAC system
Requirements
- Degree/Diploma in ICCSSL or Corporate Secretarial practices or equivalent Management qualification from a recognized institution
- Minimum 4 years experience in a Company Secretary Department
- Strong knowledge of Companies Act, CSE, and SEC regulations
- IT literacy and strong language proficiency
