Handle inbound and outbound calls at Commercial Bank of Ceylon's 24/7 Contact Centre, assisting customers with inquiries and promoting banking products and services.
Responsibilities
- Efficiently handle inbound and outbound calls with professionalism
- Deliver effective customer solutions for inquiries
- Educate customers on banking products and services
- Support the bank's 24/7 Contact Centre operations
Requirements
- G.C.E. O/L, Edexcel, or Cambridge O/L with Credit passes in Mathematics and English
- Under 25 years of age
- Call center experience preferred
- Exceptional communication skills; trilingual or bilingual candidates preferred
