Staff Nurse

About the Role

Experienced nursing professional to deliver high-quality patient care across specialized clinical units at Asiri Health hospitals in Colombo, Kandy, Galle, and Matara.

Responsibilities

• Deliver safe, high-quality patient-centred care in accordance with professional standards
• Assess, plan, implement, and evaluate patient care
• Maintain accurate clinical documentation
• Work across specialized units including Cardiac unit, ICU, Operating Theatre, Surgical wards, Maternity ward, Emergency Treatment unit, Pediatric unit and Neuro Unit
• Safely administer medications and treatments
• Collaborate with the multidisciplinary team and provide patient and family education
• Comply with infection control, safety, ethical and regulatory requirements

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree or 3-year diploma in Nursing from a recognized institute
• Minimum 3 years of working experience in the capacity of Nurse
• Strong communication skills, empathy, and attention to detail
