About the Role

Drive vehicle leasing portfolio growth at Merchant Bank of Sri Lanka — build client relationships, assess creditworthiness, and manage lease documentation with 3+ years sales/marketing experience in the financial sector.

Responsibilities

• Promote and market vehicle leasing products to individual and corporate customers
• Build client relationships with vehicle dealers and prospects
• Assess client creditworthiness and manage lease application documentation
• Meet individual and team leasing targets
• Maintain and grow the leasing portfolio

Requirements

• GCE O/L minimum qualification
• Minimum 3 years sales/marketing experience, banking/financial sector preferred
• Professional credit or marketing qualification preferred
• Excellent communication skills with sound educational background
• Strong networking and relationship management abilities
