Business Development Executive

About the Role

Drive market expansion for Varun Beverages Lanka's PepsiCo portfolio — identify new business channels, build distributor and outlet relationships, achieve volume targets, and grow the company's beverage distribution network across assigned territories in Sri Lanka.

Responsibilities

• Identify and develop new business channels and distribution outlets
• Build and maintain relationships with distributors, retailers, and key accounts
• Achieve monthly volume and revenue targets for assigned territory
• Execute promotional campaigns and in-store visibility initiatives
• Monitor competitor activity and market trends
• Submit daily/weekly sales reports to management
• Ensure availability and visibility of PepsiCo brands in assigned outlets

Requirements

• Diploma or degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or related field
• Experience in FMCG sales or distribution preferred
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills
• Self-motivated with ability to work independently
• Own motorcycle or vehicle with valid driving license
• Willingness to travel within assigned territory
