Production Supervisor

About the Role

Supervise production operations at Lalan Printing & Packaging's Yakkala plant — manage daily production schedules, ensure quality standards, lead production teams, monitor output targets, and maintain a safe and efficient manufacturing environment for packaging and printing operations.

Responsibilities

• Supervise daily production activities across packaging and printing operations
• Manage and motivate production team to meet output targets
• Monitor production quality and ensure adherence to standards
• Coordinate production schedules with planning and material teams
• Maintain workplace safety and ensure compliance with health and safety regulations
• Identify and resolve production issues to minimize downtime
• Maintain production records, shift reports, and KPI documentation

Requirements

• Degree or HND in Production Engineering, Manufacturing, or related field
• 2-4 years supervisory experience in a printing, packaging, or manufacturing environment
• Knowledge of production management and quality control practices
• Strong leadership and communication abilities
• Ability to work in shifts if required
• Experience in packaging or printing industry preferred
