About the Role
Support administrative operations at SentryLabs' Colombo 5 office — manage office functions, coordinate meetings and schedules, handle documentation and correspondence, and provide administrative support to Sri Lanka's leading cybersecurity company's dynamic team.
Responsibilities
- Manage daily office administrative functions and operations
- Handle correspondence, documentation, and filing systems
- Coordinate internal meetings, schedules, and appointments
- Assist in procurement of office supplies and vendor coordination
- Support HR functions including employee records and attendance
- Handle telephone and email inquiries professionally
- Assist with events and company logistics coordination
Requirements
- Diploma or degree in Business Administration, Management, or related field
- 1-2 years administrative experience preferred
- Proficiency in MS Office applications (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
- Strong organizational and communication skills
- Pleasant personality with good interpersonal abilities
- Ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously
