About the Role

Manage procurement and cost planning for building research projects at the National Building Research Institute, supporting construction studies and institutional projects.

Responsibilities

• Prepare bills of quantities and cost estimates for research projects
• Manage procurement processes for building materials and services
• Review and evaluate contractor proposals
• Support construction project cost management

Requirements

• BSc in Quantity Surveying or equivalent qualification
• AIQS or equivalent professional membership preferred
• Experience in quantity surveying or procurement in construction
