Lead student enrollment strategies, foster school partnerships, and drive recruitment campaigns to achieve institutional targets at ESOFT UNI Colombo.

Responsibilities

• Create and implement enrollment strategies aligned with institutional targets
• Foster partnerships with schools and educational organizations
• Conduct student advisory sessions on programs and career options
• Attend education exhibitions and promotional events
• Track campaign metrics and generate recruitment reports

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Business Management or equivalent
• 3-5 years in recruitment, admissions, business development, or education sector
• Strong communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills
• Microsoft Office and CRM proficiency
