About the Role

Oversee all finance and accounting operations, prepare financial reports, manage cash flow, and provide strategic financial analysis to leadership at ESOFT UNI.

Responsibilities

• Oversee all finance and accounting operations
• Prepare annual budgets, financial forecasts, and comprehensive financial reports
• Manage cash flow monitoring and financial stability
• Ensure regulatory and tax compliance
• Provide strategic financial analysis to leadership
• Supervise and mentor finance team members

Requirements

• CA, ACCA, CIMA, CFA, or equivalent professional qualification
• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field
• 5-8 years relevant experience with leadership background
• Strong knowledge of financial reporting, budgeting, taxation, compliance
