About the Role

Conduct business management lectures, develop curriculum materials, mentor students, and contribute to academic research at the Kandy campus.

Responsibilities

• Conduct lectures, tutorials, seminars, and workshops
• Create and maintain teaching materials aligned with industry standards
• Develop assessments and examinations; grade student work
• Mentor students and supervise projects/research
• Participate in curriculum development and institutional activities

Requirements

• Master's degree OR 4-year Bachelor's (First/Second Upper) OR relevant lower qualifications with experience
• Lecturer: 6+ years; Assistant Lecturer: 1+ year in teaching/research/professional work
• Communication and presentation abilities
