About the Role
Guide prospective students on ESOFT programs, process registrations, and achieve enrollment targets at the Colombo branch.
Responsibilities
- Address inquiries from prospective and current students with guidance
- Process student registrations
- Follow up on student queries from call center, social media, and other channels
- Maintain current information on class schedules and payment structures
- Meet management-established deadlines and performance targets
Requirements
- Diploma or Higher Diploma in Marketing from accredited institution
- Fluent English proficiency and strong computer skills
- Self-motivated with client acquisition instincts
- Availability for shift work including weekends
