About the Role
Provide guidance to prospective students, handle registrations, and achieve enrollment targets at the Kandy campus of ESOFT UNI.
Responsibilities
- Handling queries of customers, prospective students and providing them with proper guidance
- Student registration processing
- Follow-up on inquiries from call center, social media, and other channels
- Maintaining current information on class schedules and payment structures
- Meeting management-set deadlines and targets
Requirements
- Diploma or Higher Diploma in Marketing from accredited institution
- Fluent English proficiency with strong computer skills
- Self-motivated with strong client acquisition capability
- Ability to work on shift basis including weekends
