About the Role

Provide strategic and academic leadership to the Faculty of Computing, oversee curriculum development, cultivate industry partnerships, and manage faculty operations at ESOFT UNI.

Responsibilities

• Deliver strategic and academic leadership to the Faculty of IT
• Oversee curriculum development and quality assurance aligned with industry standards
• Lead and mentor academic staff to promote continuous improvement
• Cultivate partnerships with industry bodies and international universities
• Manage faculty operations and budgets

Requirements

• PhD or Master's in IT, Computer Science, or related field
• Minimum 10 years' academic experience including leadership roles
• Demonstrated ability managing academic teams and multidisciplinary programs
• Understanding of emerging IT education and research trends
