About the Role
Handle inbound and outbound calls for ESOFT UNI, deliver program information to prospective students, and support enrollment through follow-up activities.
Responsibilities
- Handle inbound and outbound calls in a professional and courteous manner
- Deliver information about eSoft programs and services
- Support student enrollment through follow-up activities
- Maintain call records in system databases
- Meet assigned performance targets
Requirements
- Strong English communication skills (Sinhala/Tamil advantageous)
- Positive customer service orientation
- Basic computer proficiency and CRM system experience
- Target-driven work capability
- Willingness to work weekends and Poya days
