About the Role
Guide prospective students, handle registrations, follow up on inquiries, and achieve enrollment targets at ESOFT UNI campuses across Sri Lanka.
Responsibilities
- Address inquiries from prospective students and customers with guidance
- Process student registrations
- Follow up on student queries from multiple channels including call center and social media
- Maintain current knowledge of program schedules and payment information
- Achieve management-set deadlines and targets
Requirements
- Diploma in Business Management or an equivalent qualification from a recognized Institute/University
- Fluent English and strong computer skills
- Self-motivated with strong client acquisition abilities
- Able to work on shift basis including weekends
