Develop and execute EKTC's revenue growth sales strategy, lead demand management, strengthen customer relationships, and mentor the sales team.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute a winning sales strategy to achieve revenue growth
• Lead demand management and category initiatives
• Mentor and develop high-performing sales teams
• Strengthen customer relationships through account management

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Business Management, Sales, Marketing, or related field
• 8+ years progressive sales leadership experience
• Proven track record managing high-performing teams
• Ideally experience in commercial kitchen or laundry solutions industry
