Assistant Quantity Surveyor

About the Role

WMB Contractors & Transporters is hiring an Assistant QS for road construction projects in Anuradhapura. Requires 3+ years construction experience, 2+ years in road projects, and familiarity with World Bank/ADB/JICA funded projects.

Responsibilities

• Prepare BOQs and cost estimates for road construction projects
• Monitor project costs and site progress
• Coordinate with engineers and project teams
• Manage measurements, valuations, and billing

Requirements

• Certificate Course, NVQ Level 04/05, or Diploma in Quantity Surveying
• Minimum 3 years of experience in construction projects
• Minimum 2 years specifically in road construction projects
• World Bank, ADB, or JICA funded project experience preferred
