Responsibilities

• Support Head of Apparel Technology in developing L&D strategies
• Design and deliver leadership, technical, and behavioral development programs
• Facilitate workshops and assessment centers
• Manage operational logistics and compliance

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Apparel Technology, Business Administration, HR, or related field
• 3-4 years relevant industry experience
