About the Role
Brandix Rambukkana is hiring an HR & Admin Manager to lead Works HR strategy, ensure statutory compliance, drive employee engagement and manage HR operations in a large manufacturing plant.
Responsibilities
- Create and execute SBU Works HR strategy
- Ensure consistent HR implementation across facilities
- Maintain statutory compliance and implement Group initiatives
- Drive employee engagement, welfare, and retention programs
- Oversee Works HR operations, manpower planning, and payroll
Requirements
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Human Resources Management
- Minimum 5 years managing HR functions in large manufacturing plants
