About the Role

Responsibilities

Support engineering team on live manufacturing improvement projects
Collect and analyse production data
Assist with lean and efficiency initiatives
Document processes and prepare reports
Shadow senior engineers and participate in cross-functional projects

Requirements

Currently pursuing a degree in Engineering (Mechanical, Industrial, Electrical, or related)
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
Proficiency in MS Office
Willingness to work in a factory environment
