About the Role
Deliver part-time Business Management lectures to ICBT Campus students at the Matara branch, drawing on industry or academic expertise to provide quality higher education.
Responsibilities
- Deliver scheduled Business Management lectures at ICBT Matara campus
- Prepare lesson plans, presentation slides, and relevant course materials
- Set and mark student assessments and examinations
- Provide academic guidance and tutorial support to students
- Submit grades and academic reports within stipulated deadlines
- Maintain professional conduct aligned with ICBT quality standards
Requirements
- Degree (BSc/BA) in Business, Management, Finance, or related field; Masters preferred
- Minimum 2 years of industry or academic experience in business
- Previous lecturing or training experience preferred
- Strong communication and presentation skills
- Willingness to commit to a regular part-time schedule
