Showroom Supervisor

Responsibilities

• Supervise showroom floor staff and ensure smooth daily operations
• Maintain high standards of book and stationery display and organisation
• Handle customer enquiries and resolve complaints professionally
• Oversee cash reconciliation and daily sales reporting
• Assist in stock management, receiving, and replenishment
• Support management in achieving monthly sales targets

Requirements

• GCE A/L qualification
• 1–2 years of retail experience, supervisory role preferred
• Good customer service orientation
• Proficiency in Sinhala and English
• Ability to work weekends and public holidays
