Assistant Manager – Business Intelligence & Analytics

About the Role

Management role focused on data analysis, reporting, and process improvement within healthcare revenue cycle management, supporting US-based clients during night shift hours.

Responsibilities

• Assist with reporting requirements and business case development
• Implement advanced strategies for data gathering, review, and analysis
• Apply best practices to improve and streamline existing processes
• Train and develop analytics team members
• Maintain service quality and system availability

Requirements

• Degree in Business Management, Statistics, Computer Science, or related field
• Minimum 3 years similar experience
• Strong MS Office skills
• Healthcare Revenue Cycle Management experience preferred
• CIMA/ACCA partial qualification preferred
• Willingness to work US night shift hours
