About the Role
Senior management role overseeing client account efficiency, stakeholder communication, and performance metrics in a healthcare revenue cycle management context during US night shift hours.
Responsibilities
- Ensure client accounts are managed efficiently and performance targets are met
- Maintain stakeholder communication (internal and external)
- Manage client onboarding transitions
- Monitor and exceed benchmark KPIs
Requirements
- 8-10 years total experience including 4+ years in management
- Healthcare Revenue Cycle Management experience preferred
- Strong analytical and communication abilities
- Collaborative people-first leadership approach
- Availability for US hours and calendar
